.Sapphire Parts

We offer two different kind of sapphire crystal for choose: one is KY sapphire, high purity, no bubbles, no grain boundaries inside, suitable for optical parts; The other is EFG sapphire, which is used as growned, without mechanical processing of surface crushing layer and microcracks, suitable for high-pressure vessels and long tubes, long rods. We offer common optical parts made of sapphire such as sapphire windows, sapphire prism, sapphire lens, sapphire rods, sapphire tubes, also provide customization service.

We provide common coating types covering ultraviolet to mid-infrared bands, as well as protective coatings such as DLC and waterproof and antifouling.

The main difference between infrared optical system and visible optical system is that only limited materials can be applied to the mid-infrared and long-wave infrared bands, and there are fewer materials that can be used in these two bands, and the following are common infrared optical material products that our company can provide
