.Processing Ability
1. About Shapes: We can offer wide range of shapes to meet customers requests. Generally we can make Flat Optical Windows/ Stepped Optical Windows / Optical Windows With Special Chamfers/ Drilled Optical Window/ Wedged Optical Window/ Optical Window With Groove/ Irregular Flat Optical Window/ Customized Shapes.
2. About Dimensions: Generally, The Maximum size is limited by the materials and our machine. the maximum size we can handle is under φ300mm or 300x300mm, The Minimum size is not smaller than φ1mm or 1x1mm. Thickness not less than 0.25mm, not more than the materials limit.
3. Tolerance: Considering the specific use of the optical window, the dimensional tolerance is generally not too stringent, so the general tolerance requirement is ±0.1mm. However, we can achieve higher ±0.02, which has met the more precise assembly requirements.
4. Surface Quality: We use MIL-PRF-13830B Standard as our base for surface quality checking, usually S/D 80/50 can meet the surface quality requirements of most optical windows, but we can provide up to S/D20/10 surface quality requirements.
5. Surface Flatness: Most Optical windows do not require flatness, if otherwise specified, we offer general 15λ@ 633nm, if there is a higher requirement, we can offer up to λ/20 @633nm(consult our sales staff for details)
